Izzy at 6 weeks

At six weeks old, Izzy is starting to smile and making lots of noises. Of course every time he smiles or coos our hearts melt and we can't get enough! He will sometimes stick out his tongue and has discovered his hands.

His favorite toys are a Moose from his cousin Quinn and a music toy that lights up that his friend Jullien told him to buy.

Personality wise, his Bubbie things he has a very gentle soul and we agree. He does get upset but is fairly easy to calm down.

Currently he's in a growth spurt and eating like a mad man around every 2 hours. He will quickly gulp down a 4-5 oz bottle and sometimes want to go back to the 'all you can eat buffet'.

For the first time last night he slept almost 6 hours but of course that was followed by 2 hour increments - but it shows that there is hope!

He's been sleeping in his nursery since he turned 4 weeks old. This has allowed his mom and dad to get a little more sleep.
