Izzy has had many first time experiences the past two weeks. In Griffin he ate food for the first time and in Miami he went swimming for the first time!
Hungry Bear
We were hoping that if we fed Izzy more milk & food, he would sleep longer. That was not the case, but we did capture first time eating food (rice cereal) on video. Here is his first attempt at eating. I think he likes it! Since then we have not had time to try again and it just so happens that the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) just changed the time to eat solids to 6 months. However, I think he'll be ready before then - there is no rush!
Signs of a champion swimmer
We headed down to Miami for Passover with the Shomair's. We are staying at Benji's Bubbies condo at the Arlen House in Miami. It just so happens Benji also came down to the Arlen house when he was 3 months old for the first time and had his first swimming experience in the same pool! You can see from the video that Izzy is a fan of the pool and is sure to be a Champion swimmer.
