He's a ladies man - The other day when I took Izzy outside of a restaurant he noticed two sisters around the ages of probably 4 and 2. He immediately went to the older sister, grabbed her hand and told insisted that they walk down the street. Since the girl was going in the other direction to the playground, she was not interested, but he insisted. It was an awkward feeling of it being incredible cute but also worrisome that he's approaching older strange women and trying to wisk them away from their parents. Oh, but its not just older women in the 3-5 age range. We've seen him turn to women in their 20-30's and ask them to "Sit" next to him in his car. What do we have in store?

Food - his favorite foods now are ice, pickles and hummus. Izzy has had a long time love for hummus. The boy puts it on everything. One way to make him happy is to just give him a bucket of hummus and a spoon...he is very much like Don't Mess with the Zohan. Not sure where his love for pickles comes from but he's been asking for them for breakfast lately. I think the love for ice comes from teething. He eats like a pregnant lady!
Toys - Izzy's favorite toys are any rocks he can find on the ground. He's also started to like his baseball bat...especially more after his first baseball game. He also loves the spray water bottle. Fortunately, he's started to play more independently....this often includes lining all of his trains and cars up in a line.
Favorite Book - Izzy's Bubby and Zaydie bought him his first Richard Scarry book. He LOVES this book. It is all about things that go and he can look at it for at least 10 minutes (which is 2 hours in adult time).
Favorite words - Izzy's favorite words are Sit, Money and Wine. Oy! Every time he see's an ATM he goes up to it and yells "Money" while holding his hand out. He gets this from our nanny depositing money and getting receipts. He also loves to yell "Wine" when sitting down for dinner so we make him a fake wine and give it to him a shot glass. Not sure this is the best parenting, but its pretty darn hilarious! He is very clear on what he wants from saying, "Sit" "Home" or "Eat." We often go through many times where we have no clue what he is saying but these key words are very important and helpful! His first group of words was, "Open the Door."
Trouble - Speaking of....he can now open our front door on his own. He loves to jump off the couch with both feet flying in the air and uses the city streets as his playground (see video below). He will love to do Parkour one day with his Grandpa!
